Do you put the service agreement in writing?
Yes. Every regular contract starts with a Service Level Agreement covering the work, equipment and supplies, access and safety, your named Jana Helps manager and out-of-office cover, costs and invoicing, and our privacy, data protection, AI and fair employment terms. Do you provide cleaning products and equipment?
For all occasional cleans, we bring all necessary professional-grade, friendly cleaning products and equipment. For regular cleaning our initial proposal suggests what may be suitable. If you have specific requirements or preferred products, we're happy to accommodate.
Can you clean outside of business hours?
Absolutely. We offer flexible scheduling including early morning, evening, and weekend cleaning to ensure minimal disruption to your operations.
Do you offer contracts or can we book ad-hoc?
Both. We offer regular contracts with Service Level Agreements for ongoing cleaning, as well as one-off cleans for specific needs. Regular contracts benefit from preferential rates.
How do you ensure consistent quality?
We assign dedicated teams to each client where possible, conduct regular quality checks, and maintain open communication. If anything isn't up to standard, we'll rectify it promptly.
What about security and access?
All our staff are vetted, DBS checked (if required) and fully insured. We're experienced in handling keys, alarm codes, and security protocols. References available on request.
